Ana Ponte-Porto has dedicated her entire career to public education, totaling 18 years in the classroom. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Education as well as a Masters in the Art of Teaching and an Educational Leadership Certificate. A Swansea resident since 2008, Ana is also a wife and the mother of 2 boys.

ALL students deserve an equitable and empowering educational experience that recognizes and accommodates their diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and abilities. 2. TEACHERS Prioritize the continuous growth and development of Swansea educators through meaningful, applicable and relevant professional development opportunities, aiming to improve teaching practices and enhance the overall quality of education. By supporting our teachers, they will be better equipped to reach ALL students in our community. 3. BUDGET & COMMUNITY Increase community involvement in budget planning and responsible allocation of resources. To develop an infrastructure that supports optimal learning environments and meets the diverse needs of students. To provide clear, concise, and transparent communication to all stakeholders. |
